By accessing and using goCoupon ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The platform connects local businesses ("Merchants") with consumers ("Users") to facilitate promotional offers.

2. Merchant Obligations

Businesses registering on the platform must provide accurate representation of their entity, including valid GST, PAN, and necessary trade licenses. Offers published on goCoupon must be honored at the physical location exactly as described.

3. User Conduct

Users shall not create multiple accounts, use automated bots, or engage in fraudulent activities to claim extra coupons. goCoupon reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of violating these integrity policies without prior notice.

4. Platform Liability

goCoupon acts solely as an aggregator and intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services advertised by merchants. Any disputes regarding goods or services must be resolved directly with the merchant.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
